The price includes VAT at 25,5 %. VAT deductibility depends on your club's activities; check the treatment with your accountant.

No monthly fees and no setup costs. The invoice is sent after the tournament with a Finnish reference number; only confirmed teams are billed.

Supported onboarding means we help from the start of your first tournament to publishing. You can also create an account yourself. Both options suit different needs.

What's billed

Only confirmed teams: 6 € / team (incl. VAT 25,5 %). The price is finalised only once the final number of teams is known.

Cancelled or rejected teams
Teams on the waitlist (not yet confirmed)
No monthly fee and no setup fee
No hidden costs: all features are included

When the invoice arrives

Only after the tournament, once the number of teams is final. The invoice comes with a Finnish reference number. Creating an account doesn't commit you to payment.

3 We help you open registration and share the link with teams.
4 We check the match schedule together before publishing: venues, referees, conflicts.
