Awards and post-tournament report
Awards build up during the tournament: team managers choose the MVP and the spirit award from the opposing team, and you can give a Golden flag. After the tournament the post-tournament report collects the figures and feedback.

Awards
A team manager chooses the MVP and the spirit award from the opposing team on their own team page once the match has ended. The choices are shown under Opponents' choices on the Awards page, and you can delete a wrong choice.
The Golden flag is the organiser's special mention for a player. It can be given once the teams' player lists are filled in. Awards are shown on the Awards tab of the public page, on the team page and in the match details.
Top scorers
Goal scorers are published per division on the division page. Publish them only in divisions where teams and parents know that the statistics are shown.
Certificates and printouts
You set the certificate background and number in the Registration section of the Basics page (Certificates and player cards). Division certificates are printed from Printouts and diplomas on the division page, and other tournament day printouts from the Printouts page.
Award ceremony
If prizes are given to all divisions at the same time, choose when making the match schedule that the divisions finish together (guide Making the match schedule). On the Ceremony centre page you write the time and place of the ceremony and notes for the announcer. Choose Show publicly on the tournament page and to teams to show the details on the public page and to teams.
Post-tournament report and feedback
Post-tournament report collects team and match numbers, how full the divisions were, billing and feedback. The report can be printed or downloaded as a CSV file.
The feedback survey link is sent to teams with the ready message template Feedback survey for teams on the Messages page. The Overview page of a finished tournament also has a Feedback survey card. Nothing is sent automatically.
Close and archive
The Close and archive page checks whether results are recorded, invoices handled and the feedback survey shared. Archiving does not delete any data. From the same page you can copy the tournament for next year.
If Post-tournament report, Ceremony centre or Close and archive is not in the menu, choose Show all tools.
