Results service and Event centre
A recorded result shows on the public page as soon as the matches are published. A result can be recorded by the referee, the results service or the organiser.

Results service
Results service is a page for recording a result by match number. Open it from the tournament menu; it opens in its own tab. Enter the Match number, press Continue and confirm the result on the next page.
The results service works once the matches are numbered (Match numbers on the Match schedule page).
If someone else records results, give them the results desk code. The code and a QR code are on the Tournament office page under Results desk code for the tournament day. The code lets you record results but not change the tournament settings. Do not send the code in a general message to teams. If the code ends up in the wrong place, change it with Change code.
Organiser and teams
You can also record and correct results in the match list on the division page. If you want teams to report the score of their own match, choose Teams may report the score of their own match (the opponent confirms) on the Basics page. The result is saved when both teams report the same score; disagreements are resolved at the tournament office.
Knockouts
When the group stage has been played, the division page shows Create the playoffs now. Teams are placed in the bracket according to the group standings. If you choose Create playoffs automatically, the playoffs are created as soon as the last group match has been recorded.
Event centre
The Live & results menu item opens the Event centre view. It shows played, ongoing and upcoming matches, the situation on each venue and alerts, for example late matches and matches without a referee. Alerts are active on tournament days.
Quick actions take you quickly to, for example, the tournament office, the match grid, the emergency banner, the delay shift (Delay/rain) and mass messages.
Tournament office
On the Tournament office page you mark teams as arrived (Mark as arrived) and see missing details. If Tournament office is not in the menu, choose Show all tools.
