Organiser guides

The guides follow the order in which a tournament is prepared: from creating and publishing it to the tournament day and the wrap-up. Page and button names are the same as in the service.

2. 2 Venues and venue areas The club's venues, choosing venues for a tournament, venue times and venue areas.
3. 3 Divisions and formats Competition formats, match duration, guaranteed matches, placements and seeds.
4. 4 Registration and invite links Opening registration, approval, the waitlist and invite-only divisions.
5. 5 Making the match schedule Fixtures, automatic scheduling, rhythms, the daily limit and comparing options.
6. 6 Publishing and sharing Publishing the draft, the content of the public page and links for each role.
7. 7 Referees Adding and assigning referees, personal links, the confirmation an hour before the match, clock and alarm.
8. 8 Results service and Event centre Recording results, the results desk code, playoffs and the tournament day overview.
9. 9 Billing Team entry fees: invoicing with Turnauspolku or billing data for Jopox and other invoicing systems.
10. 10 Awards and post-tournament report MVP, spirit award and Golden flag, top scorers, certificates, the prize ceremony and closing the tournament.
